By accessing or using weffoo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. weffoo is a virtual coworking and focus application that allows users to work alongside others to stay focused and productive.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use weffoo. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users during coworking sessions
• Share inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access the App
• Impersonate another person or entity

5. Coworking Sessions and Community Guidelines

weffoo provides virtual coworking sessions where users work alongside each other. You agree to maintain a respectful and distraction-free environment during sessions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these community standards. Abusive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct, will not be tolerated.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

weffoo may offer free and paid subscription plans. If you purchase a paid subscription:

• Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Refunds are handled in accordance with the applicable app store policies
• We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice to subscribers

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, and design — are the exclusive property of weffoo or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App (such as profile information or session notes). By submitting content, you grant weffoo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the App. You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any third-party rights.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, weffoo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

12. User Conduct and Safety

Weffoo has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes harassment, hate speech, nudity, sexual content, violence, or any other inappropriate behavior.

Users may report other users at any time during or after a session. Reported users may be automatically restricted while the report is reviewed.

We review user reports within 24 hours and may take action including temporary suspension or permanent account termination.

By creating an account and using the app, users agree to comply with these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
